FROM CONNECTTO PAYOUT.

SW33P is a reward protocol. It runs sweeps: short windows where wallets become eligible, randomness commits, winners get paid in USDC, proof publishes. Five steps. The same five every time.

01

CONNECT

Solana wallet. Optional X link. Read-only. No approvals.

02

QUALIFY

Hold $TICK3T or earn free entries through social actions.

03

SWEEP

Sweep accumulates entries, pool, and eligibility snapshot.

04

DRAW

VRF reveal selects winners. USDC sent automatically.

05

PROOF

Commitment, reveal, winner, payout tx. All published.

01 Connect

SW33P runs on Solana. To start, you connect a wallet. Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, Glow, Ledger, or any other Solana-compatible wallet. We do a one-time signature for ownership verification. That's the only signature you'll be asked for. We never request approval to spend or send anything.

If you want social entries, you can optionally link X. We read the post and verify it's live. That's it. We don't post on your behalf, we don't read your DMs, we don't store anything beyond the verification record.

WalletAny Solana wallet. Verification signature only, no approvals.
XOptional. Reads your post to verify it's live. Never posts for you.

02 Qualify

Once connected, you're eligible to enter sweeps. Two paths:

Hold $TICK3T. Every $TICK3T you hold at the sweep snapshot earns automatic entries. Bigger holdings push you into higher odds bands. a tier system that biases (but does not guarantee) draw selection. The exact bands live in Rules.

Free lane. Every sweep has a free-entry cap. You earn free entries by sharing the sweep on X, qualified referrals, and other verified social actions. Each action is quality-scored. Spam and bot rings get filtered.

03 Sweep

A sweep is a fixed window where the pool fills, eligibility snapshots, and the draw is loaded. Sweeps repeat on a published cadence. The sweep ID, pool size, winner count, and close time are visible from the moment a sweep opens.

The pool grows from a mix of sweep activity, $TICK3T-tied flows, and reserves carried from the previous sweep. Every sweep leaves a tail. a portion of the pool seeds the very next one, so the rhythm is continuous, not boom-and-bust.

CadenceSweeps repeat on a fixed schedule, published live on the Sweeps page.
Carry15% of every sweep's pool seeds the next one. The system always has a tail.

04 Draw

When the sweep closes, SW33P uses verifiable randomness (VRF). Before the close, a commitment hash is published. After the close, the reveal is posted. And anyone can recompute the winner selection against the eligible set. We can't pick a winner: the math is settled before we know who's in.

Sweep 0247 selects 12 runner-ups + 1 jackpot wallet. Jackpot pulls from the highest-weight band. Runner-ups pull from the wider eligible set with diminishing band bias.

VRF commitHash published before sweep close. Cannot be retroactively changed.
VRF revealReveal anyone can verify against the commit and re-derive the winners.

05 Payout

USDC is sent automatically to the selected wallets at draw time. No claim, no form, no signature. Payout transactions are public on Solana and indexed from the proof record.

If a payout fails (e.g., a wallet was burned or no longer exists), the amount is held in escrow for the dispute window and then rolled into the next sweep's reserve. Failed payouts are listed transparently.

06 Proof

Every completed sweep ships a proof bundle: cycle_id, vrf_commit, vrf_reveal, winner_addr, payout_tx, block_height, aggregate_stats. That's enough to verify the outcome was honest.

What we don't publish: the full eligible-wallet list, raw participation snapshots, exact scoring constants, anti-farm heuristics. Publishing those would expose participants to scams and let the system be farmed. Proof should create trust. Not attack surface.

07 Season

Sweeps roll up into seasons. Your activity earns season points, which roll up into a leaderboard and a tier system. Tiers unlock invites to special sweeps and shape end-of-season reward moments.

Season points may matter for future protocol benefits. There's no guaranteed airdrop, but activity is never wasted.

08 What's next

$TICK3T is product one. SW33P is built to host more pools, more sweep types, partner integrations, and (later) on-chain APIs so other teams can plug into the reward layer. The protocol is the parent. Products are products.
